Easter, birthday & our lil' sis.

Ellie, Jason, Kaia, Laylah, Tate, Talon, Olivia & Kalel. The Roberts' grandchildren.
They had a cheer before they went out to find their baskets. And then enjoyed what they found.
I did a little hunt here at the house. Kalel found a stick and thought it was part of his Easter presents. :) You can see it in most pictures as he took it hunting with him like the other presents. Gotta love boys.
Kalel is now 3! I can't believe my baby is 3! I made or attempted to make him a train cake. Yes it was my first cake and it did not go as planned. But he loved it, which is what matters! He is IN LOVE with his sister. The other day on the phone with my Mom he said, "My baby sister is so cute, I love her." :)
Here is our joy. She is a very HAPPY baby. But she is also dramatic... you should hear her yell - not cry - yell & complain at me when she is hungry. It is pretty funny.

Busy, busy, busy

Kyle recruits for a pest control company. It keeps him very BUSY! He is gone almost every weekend and usually a couple of days during the week. Luckily there are times he goes to St. George/Cedar City area. Then I get to come too! We stayed with our good friends Morgan & Heidi for about a week. We had a blast.

We went to the mall and stopped in so Laylah could hang out on the Love Sac.
We went to our friend Richard's wedding reception.

I'm in love. :)
We played with cousins. Kyle's cousin Danielle came home from her mission and we were able to celebrate her homecoming. Kalel and Boston (left) are only two weeks apart.

Here is Laylah with her new cousins. Brooklyn (far right) is 2 weeks younger... the size difference was so funny! Laylah is such a little thing. And cute Evelyn is a few months older.

Don't you love what kids think of to do? We came home to have a dinner at my Mom's for Kyle's birthday.
My cute little girl in a hat from her Tutu lady (Kyle's grandma).
Two days & a couple loads of laundry later... we went back to Cedar! This time we stayed in a hotel. We had lots of fun visitors! Including my sister's family. This is miss Hannah & her Dad Jeff.
Kalel enjoyed swimming with his cousin Gab.

Sigh, we are now home. It took quite some time to catch up on laundry and life but it is worth it to go be with my hubby.

Lately..

I am having so much fun with my little girl! I have been practicing my sewing skills. :) Here is my first skirt. Let's just say I learned a lot! I think she was only able to wear it once because I messed up on the waistband. But I really did learn about what does and doesn't work!

Here is my second skirt. She was not a happy model!
Ok, so it won't let me delete this picture, just ignore!
Of course her Dad is trying this out already! She is really strong! She has been trying to stand up & sit up since almost day one!

Why does every child (including myself) feel the need to stick their head through the banister? Yes he got stuck but with the help of his Dad he made his way out without too much trouble!
Our fabulous friends came to visit from St. George. We went to their hotel so the kids could go swimming, which is always fun!
