April 2013

Laylah did her very own make-up! And a little on Daddy. Blue is SO in right now...
I love baby faces. His eyebrows hold so much expression!
Dash likes to sit in my lap while I do laundry. And I still love watching my kids sleep :) I mean look at the body and that face!
Happy 6th birthday to my Boy!!! Man I love this kid. He is so sweet to me. He is always lovin on me, hugging me, kissing me. He is Full of energy, loud noises and is still extremely smart and capable. Such a great kid. Oh and the mark on his forehead up there is from rubbing his head on the carpet and cruising around. Ya.. he gave himself a rug burn on his head!
We sure love cousins around here! And ninjas thanks to Uncle Craig for whipping up these masks with some knit, scissors and a sewing machine!
Laylah is my little helper in the kitchen. She loves kale chips as much as me! She also likes to climb up on the shelves in the closet and then has to wait there until I can help her down. Dash still loves standing in Daddy's hands.
 Mismatch day at school.
Poor Kalel was trying to be helpful and had an accident with the griddle. Right on the neck and arm. Luckily we know how to take care of burns. Here is the progress over a couple of days.
We took a trip to the aquarium! Which was great except that Laylah got sick on the way to SLC. And this was the beginning of lots of on and off sickness for her :( This one was a 24 hour thing. However our favorites were the otters and penguins. They are so fun to watch jump, swim and play!
Little cutie fell asleep in the jumper.
Kyle was throwing the kids up in the air... high! And I made the mistake of making some comment about him not being able to throw me up and next thing I knew there I was in the air!
This just makes my heart happy. Holding hands with Laylah on one side and Dash sleeping on my chest. Oh so peaceful.
 2 1/2 months old.

Starting to 'worm' his way up to the corner of the cradle.
Lots of love for these 2 boys of mine. Both taking a Sunday nap on me.
 I love these blue eyes.
While I was working away sewing my cute Kalel made me lunch! Tomato sandwich! After I spread out the mayo it was pretty good! :)
The latest strange thing we are doing is juicing wheat grass and freezing it so we can drink it everyday.
 Flying kites
Cute flowers handpicked by my littles.

Easter fun with the family

We celebrated Easter with my family on Easter Sunday, complete with a mini hunt for the kids.

All the cousins except for Isaac.

Looks like I did two collages..
We had fun dying some eggs.

Then a couple weeks later we had a spring festival at the farm. Lots of fun had by all.

There was potato sack racing... as Marc FLEW past everyone we noticed a little something was different. He had 1 sack for each leg... cheater :) I even tried! I was attacked by my necklace with each jump however.
All the cute cousins lined up by height. Except for the 3 babies. Aviana, Dash and Ruby.
Such a cutie searching for eggs, giggling the whole time.
Papa and Tutu with all the grandkids except Aviana. Michelle's grandkids really don't take after her... Except maybe Kaia.
Luckily I had overheard that Marc was stashing B Vitamins in with the jellybean eggs. I think I may have thrown up if I ate it! ;)

Easter Photo Shoot

Here is another mini photo shoot with my phone, limited cooperation and horrible light! But my kids looked so dang cute I couldn't pass it up. Dash was asleep and Kyle was gone until the very end.

Here are 1 million pictures...

I had these faces a few times :)
Such a pretty little thing.

And her dress is of course Persnickety. Corinne is so incredibly talented. This dress is incredible!!!

This Handsome guy who was all about posing. I never asked him to pose, he just started pulling them out like a model.  Ha ha

We had to call back this runaway occasionally...

I love this girl oh so much!!!

Kalel took a couple pictures for us and they weren't too bad!

Then I thought I'd try my luck and asked Laylah to take some...
This is what we got....
Too bad because they would have turned out cute!
Those big blue eyes.
When did he grow up?

Baby Dash woke up! But these kids were done being cooperative...
I love Laylah in this one.
Me and my buddy.
He sure is sweet!

Daddy came home - he's an amazing Father.

I love these people!
