The Story of my life... Headbands!!!

Why haven't I slept much lately?? Why is my house usually a disaster?? Why do I not have a life??? I have been making headbands for Persnickety Clothing. I started in November - to date I have completed 435!!! I can't believe I didn't take pictures before I handed over 200 of them. Here are about 35. These are for their spring line. My sister is incredibly talented, and her designs are fabulous. :) I have 150 more for the wholesale orders and then I will start on website orders. I'm starting to get help now, which will be great! Here are a couple of pictures. Not very good ones. You can see some of them on her blog.

Here are around 80? waiting to be delivered :)When I complete these Spring orders things will slow down.

Peek - a - boo

The other day I was on the phone and I noticed the cupboard was opening and closing... but there was no one there. So I opened it to find this... :)

Apparently he can fit in the cupboard... Who would have guessed?
Then he pretended to be sleeping.
This is a common occurrence, basically everytime I open my doors there are animals inside. Anywhere from snakes, large insects, dinosaurs etc. Oh, they are also in the fridge - why? "Oh, Mom because he's getting coldy." Right, makes perfect sense.

My WATER Baby

For Gabriel's birthday we got to go swimming! And Laylah is just like her brother... she LOVES the Water!!! She was like this the whole time. Whenever I get to the shower door she starts squealing and bouncing, she stands by the bathtub and 'talks', and yesterday she was laughing while trying to climb into a fountain. So stinkin cute :)

Christmas morning

We were lucky to be able to spend Christmas Eve with my WHOLE family. We basked in the glory of my awesome brother and his son who came into town to spend the holidays with us :)

Christmas morning was spent here with my little family. LOVED it. Everything was PERFECT :) Thank you to everyone who contributed! Kalel is such a great kid. He was so excited about everything, including his new socks! His favorite toys were Toothless the dragon and Woody & Bullseye.

After we were done here, we went to the Roberts house to talk with Elder Roberts and Leilani. Both are out of the country right now. We are excited to see Kevin in April!! and Leilani & Tyler in May??

All in all it was a wonderful Christmas season! No cards or family pictures... maybe next year?? We have plans for pics, but now that I've waited this long, might as well wait for some nice weather - right? We shall see.

Snow Day!

We had a few really heavy snow storms in December. This was about a week before Christmas. Kalel had so much fun playing with the neighbor kids. We had at least 3 feet... I think.

My cute friend / sister Suzie came to visit me from NY!! She and her husband came to hang out with us for an evening. :) Love her!

My baby is all grown up and climbin on stuff! I have found her on the couch and the fireplace mantel, just smiling and feeling proud :)

When it is quiet... She loves to unload the dishwasher, the cupboards, drawers... anything really.

The top pic is my fav, Kalel came running in and said Laylah is eating a cookie!!! Sure enough there she was, I might add that Kalel had crumbs all over his face too.

She and Kalel both have learned to walk by holding onto my legs. It is cute and makes me SLOW. :)

And I made my sister a woopie cushion costume in Oct. Pretty much the coolest thing ever. :)
